The camp ir currently FULLY BOOKED.
We are opening a waiting list in case there's any cancellation.
If you are still interested in participating, please fill out the form normally and let us know that you'd like to be included in the waiting list so we can contact you ASAP if there's an opening.

This is the list of the available spots and their prices. We will update the list with each new booking we receive:

Price for one person on double room (all inclusive): 825€ (SOLD OUT)
Price for one person on single room (all inclusive): 975€ (SOLD OUT)
Price for one person on double room (breakfast included): 730€ (SOLD OUT)
Price for one person without accommodation: 600€ (SOLD OUT)

Registration closes on the 31st March
*Bookings made after that date will be managed case by case until the event is fully booked  

BVAW Tournament will be held over three days (12th, 13th and 14th of May)

We will do our best to fulfil your preferences and to allocate players of the same gender in the same room but that will depend on the final number of participants so it is NOT guaranteed. Double rooms consist on 2 separate beds

BVAW Tournament will be held over three days (12th, 13th and 14th of May). Tournament and hotel fee (for the extra nights) is NOT included in the camp price.
