The Massachusetts Ambulance Association EMS Week Convoy of Champions will take place on Tuesday, May 17. The parade of ambulances will depart Worcester the afternoon of the 17th and head to the Boston MedFlight hangar in Hanscom.

Again in 2022, MAA is offering its members the opportunity to recognize up to two exceptional staff members as "Massachusetts Stars of Life." The Stars will drive/ride in the Convoy, then be recognized with medallions in a special VIP ceremony.

YOU WILL NEED A BIO AND HEADSHOT FOR YOUR STAR AS WELL AS HIS/HER EMAIL AND CELL NUMBER TO COMPLETE THIS FORM!

Schedule of Events for May 17
11:00 - Pre-registered ambulances driven by Stars arrive at the Worcester rally point (exact location TBA)
11:30 - Ambulances lined up, box lunches distributed
12:00 - Convoy of Champions leaves Worcester for Boston Medflight
13:00 - Convoy of Champions arrives at Boston Medflight (Hanscom)
13:15 - Massachusetts Stars of Life Medallion and Pin Ceremony
14:30 - Adjournment

Use this form to honor a field provider or other exceptional staff member from your ambulance service as a  Massachusetts Star of Life. Limit two Stars of Life per Massachusetts Ambulance Association member organizations. Max 4 total people (including stars) from each organization.
