The Fairy Scary Ball will be November 16, from noon to midnight, with a break from 5-7pm. The daytime event will be the "Faeriefolk Festival ", with vendor set up beginning at 9am. Address: DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore North - Pikesville, 1726 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville MD 21208. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, decorations, and lock boxes. This is an indoor event. No MLMs - artists only! And cool folx like Trinket who gather goodies from the wild, or service providers.
A 6' table is $66, early admisson. Like at previous Fairy Scary balls, vendors will be around the sides. There is also an option of the Quiet Room. The loud bands will not play in there. We MIGHT have fairy Courts in there, or we might have them in the Ballroom - it's new venue!
A 10x10 space will be $140, for now
Your Vending Fee covers the space and, entrance for 1 vendor at a 6' table space. A 10x10 space gets
entrance for two. A ticket or two for a helper (or even just a friend) can be purchased for $33 and is good for the day event AND the ball, whether you choose to vend the ball or not. This is a Huge Discount, as we adore our vendors! Frenchy and the Punk, 27th St Klezmer, and Disco Inferno are all playing the Ball. The Quiet Room will remain open for the Ball. The Quiet Room will have some acoustic music, and Faerie Courts.
An application does not guarantee acceptance, as we want both quality crafts and services, and also not many of the same kind; we want ALL our vendors to do well. If you know me, Nina, you know I have everyone's best interests at heart, and although as we grow, I could Really Use Some Help, like for Vendor coordination, this will be an AWESOME event. We will let you know if you are accepted by May 23, 2024 if you apply before May 15. We will also have a waiting list, because life happens. We may accept some vendors much earlier.
There is no raindate; the event is inside.
We ask that you decorate your vending space in a whimsical manner, helping to set the ambiance of the Land of Faery!There will probably be a booth decorating contest.
