Wiltshire & Swindon Sport, Wessex Water, and Chippenham Borough Lands Charity are working closely together to develop a brand new interactive activity map that will provide Chippenham community with information on where people can find out about local activities within Chippenham including sport, physical activity, music, arts & crafts & other leisure activities.

To create the new activity map, we kindly request your assistance. Please fill out the following questions and provide us with the necessary information. Once we have received your input, we will populate the map details. The information provided will support your organisation being awarded a gold standard if all minimum deployment standards are met (DBS, Safeguarding, Insurance & Qualified Deliverers where applicable). The activity map will be hosted on the One Chippenham website for everyone's convenience.
