Survey Purpose

The results of this survey will help us propose Local election/voting reform if needed, and to determine if we should then call for any additional measures.

We're trying to identify specific reasons behind the discrepancy in voter turnout rates in our three most recent votes.
We went from a 90% voter turnout, to 77%, and then only 30% in the recent Officer Election.

We are not asking how you voted in each instance.
We would like to know how best to hear the voice of the 488 Membership so the Local can more ethically meet your needs. As an Executive Board, we are charged with representing and speaking as the 488 Membership body; the only way we can do that is by understanding the state of our Local and addressing issues informed by your priorities and concerns.
