We are looking for students or professionals who are passionate about driving change in the domain of education in India. You will get to work with us on intersectional projects primarily focused on empowering and bringing about the much-needed systemic change in our education sector. You will get to be a part of mission-critical projects, which will provide you with exposure to issues of import, and develop leadership skills, which will help define your career as a changemaker in the field of education.
 
Selected individual's day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Working on interactive case studies
2. Research and analysis of relevant laws and policies (prior training not required)
3. Exploration of latest issues in the domain with multi-level stakeholders
4. Writing about critical education issues and deriving solutions from research & dialogue
5. Impact study of intersectional issues in education
6. Initiating discourse on topics and themes that you are working on at the State and National Level
7. Advocacy around issues of import
 
Mode of Fellowship: Online
 
Time Commitment:
A minimum of 3 hours per day, for five days a week. (Monday to Friday)
 
Tenure:
1 Month (can be increased based on your availability & work performance)
 
Eligibility Criteria:

A. Minimum qualification requirement: Current enrolment in or completion of a graduate degree program.
B. Ability to take initiative and drive results.
C. Strong communication skills to communicate with diverse stakeholders and your colleagues.
D. Commitment to utilizing education as a lever for equity and excellence.
E. English proficiency is a must, as all resources need to be prepared in English.
