Lighthouse Display Board Reservation Form
Please fill out the following form if you would like to reserve any of the two-sided, wheeled, Velcro display boards. Once approved the submitter will responsible for submitting a work order to Facilities to have the requested display boards moved and set up in their designated location and later returned to storage after their event.

Note: Velcro, pins, and other supplies are not provided for use with the display boards.

Damage to the display boards during the submitter's event may result it charges to the submitter's budget.
