Anonymous Form - The role which the built environment plays within Body Dysmorphic Disorder
As part of my Masters of Architecture thesis project with the University of Manchester I am looking into the role which the built environment plays within body dysmorphic disorder.

Therefore it would be of great value if those with lived experience of BDD would be able to complete this questionnaire to help further my studies and make this project as accurate and aligned with real experiences as possible. I hope this project will achieve wider recognition of the challenges which people living with BDD endure, and investigate the wider impact on the built environment.

Any information collected within this questionnaire will be anonymous and remain within the realms of academia.

Many thanks for your time, its greatly appreciated!
