UofSC Art History professor Amanda Wangwright, Ph.D., will dive into the work and contributions of women artists in late 1930s China.

Professor Wangwright's new book, "The Golden Key: Modern Women Artists and Gender Negotiations in Republican China (1911- 1949)" is being published by Brill this fall.

This lecture is in conjunction with the Fall 2020 exhibition "Guerrilla Girls: Art, Power, and Justice for All!" in McMaster Gallery at the University of South Carolina.
