2021 Exhibitor Application
WasabiCon’s Geek Marketplace will have thirty (30) spaces available. IF WE SELL OUT OF SPACES, YOU WILL BE ADDED TO A WAITLIST. Depending on demand, we may expand our event space to accommodate more exhibitors.

Each space measures 10’x10′ and includes a six foot table, two chairs and free Wi-fi. Power outlets are available, but you are responsible for your own extension cords and power strips to share. Each space comes with two (2) exhibitor wristbands.

Booth placement is made at WasabiCon’s discretion based on a number of factors including avoiding similar artists, exhibitors and vendors being placed next to each other.

Please give us a brief description of what you will be selling. (Example: Action Figures, DVDs, Games, Models, Pins, Plushies, Video Games, Wall Scrolls, etc.) If you are selling food or drink products, please include that information here. We will check with the convention’s host property as to whether or not this is permitted and/or if a corkage fee is required. *
SHARING SPACE. If you choose to split your booth with another exhibitor (i.e. artist or vendor) then that second exhibitor will be considered a subcontractor of the primary exhibitor. The primary exhibitor therefore accepts all responsibility of the subcontractor. Additionally, only the primary exhibitor will be listed as appearing. If you are SHARING SPACE, what is the name of the second exhibitor?
