Friendly Reminder: Transport of dogs, medication pickups, delivery of fecal samples etc. are the responsibility of our wonderful fosters. However, we are happy to provide support for these tasks on an occasional basis. Transport help is not guaranteed. Providing adequate, advanced notice will increase your chances that a transport volunteer can make themselves available to assist you.

For safety reasons, ALL DOGS BEING TRANSPORTED MUST BE CRATED (this is the preferred transport method) OR A DOG SEAT BELT TETHER MUST BE USED. Transport drivers will not transport a dog that is not safely secured. *
Will you provide a seatbelt tether for transport? (To be used only with a harness, not a collar) *
If you will not be providing a seatbelt tether, will you provide a crate for transport? (Leashes and collars must be removed once the dog is in the crate)
