Please use this form to report any concerns around behaviours associated with Solway Orienteers activities - the scope includes safeguarding issues, bullying, harassment and discrimination.
Access to submitted forms is restricted to the Solway Orienteers Welfare Officer and their deputy (the club Chairman).  In general they will keep the contents submitted confidential unless there is a need to pass information on to another group e.g. Social service or Police. They will inquire into the circumstances of the issue should that be appropriate.  If anyone feels uncomfortable about the information going to these people then please report the concern to the SOA Chief Operating Officer by sending an email to  nikki@scottish-orienteering.org
