This reading group provides on-going orientation for new (and not so new) faculty. During the year we will discuss how to balance teaching, research, and service with the rest of our lives. For help with this difficult challenge we will read Robert Boice, Advice for New Faculty Members and talk with folks from a variety of offices at USNA that support faculty work. Participants are not expected to attend every session—come when you can!
