Macquarie Drone & Satellite Workshop
The Macquarie Drone & Satellite Workshop will take place on 20th September 2019 at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. Registration is free and tea-breaks will be catered (but not lunch).

This meeting is about the use of data from satellites and drones in remote sensing applications. We aim to showcase research conducted using drones and satellites, but also to address practical questions on how to use these tools in your research: What satellite data products can you access and how can you use them? How are different types of advanced cameras and sensors used? What are the capabilities of different types of drones and instrument packages? What is the difference between an off-the-shelf drone and a custom solution?

Come along if you are thinking about using satellite data in your research, or you are drone-curious.

If you already use drones or satellites, please consider giving a short talk on your research.
