I would like to volunteers to sell 50/50 Raffle Tickets at the following upcoming masses (you may attend Mass during your time slot we just ask that you sell tickets prior to the Mass and come out to assist us after you receive Communion).  You will earn commitment hours for your assistance.  Please check all that apply. *

I would like to donate a raffle basket for Santa's Workshop.  All raffle baskets should be valued at $50 and all donors will receive 5 volunteer hours.  Baskets should be submitted to the main office by December 7th with your name on it.   *
Please let us know, the theme of your raffle basket if you know it.

I would like to assist with Santa's Workshop Setup on Friday, December 10th from 1pm-4pm.  (Please note that this is a 1/2 day due to Parent/Teacher's Conferences) *
I would like to assist with Santa's Workshop on Saturday, December 11th from 10am-1:30pm.  Duties include setup, registration, arts & crafts station, selling raffle tickets, Santa Photo line check-in, break-down. *
I would like to be the Santa Workshop Official Photographer 10:45am-1pm (will receive 4 hours for your assistance as you will have to download the photos you take and email them to MRPA).  This will include taking event photos and photos of families with Santa.   *
I would like to assist with the Christmas Boutique Sale.  Since this event takes place during the school day you must be virtus certified and show proof of vaccination or negative covid test.  volunteers will be needed between 8:15am-4pm (if you cannot volunteer for the entire day, that is fine). *
