Summer Camp Registration Form 2022
Please complete the following form to reserve a spot for your child.
An email will be sent to confirm your weeks once payment is received. You will receive an invoice via email. If requested, you will receive a printed copy of your invoice.
Weeks chosen are paid in full at the time of registration.
No camp on July 4. The week of July 4 has an extended hour on Thursday-  We will have hot dogs at the park the week of July 4th.
Thursdays are picnic days at Paramore Park. (bring a water bottle, a  chair or a blanket. We provide snacks)
Pick up and drop off is at 150 E. Fire Tower Rd. Suite A. Office 102. Except on Thursdays- Pick up and drop off is at Paramore Park.
