The Family Resource Center has 3 locations within the Wayne-Westland Community School District. Please fill out this form if you are in need of basic need assistance or community referrals. Some areas we can help with are: food resources, school supplies, backpacks, tutoring numbers, basic need assistance... and much more. If you prefer to speak with a Family Resource Center staff member, please call: 734-419-2709 or email: FRC@wwcsd.net. After submitting this form, we will contact you by phone and/or email (whichever you prefer). Before receiving any material items, enrollment in Wayne-Westland Community Schools will be confirmed by Family Resource Center staff.
