Thank you for your interest in vending at our event. Please be advised, limited sites are available. The event is being held September 16-18, rain or shine. The gates will open at 9am Thursday, Sept 16 and the last performance will be over prior to midnight Saturday, Sept 18. Vendors may be open for business anytime during this time frame and are expected to be open as much as possible between 12pm-11pm each day. No alcohol sales are permitted. Shepherd’s Ford Productions reserves the right to restrict the sales of any items for any reason.

We Provide:

The festival will provide two vending passes per approved applicant, and vending space with minimal lighting available. Limited electrical hookup is available; generators are not allowed in merchandise vending area.  Small camper or car camping is allowed immediately behind vending tent. Beyond these measures Clarke County Ruritan Fairgrounds and Shepherd’s Ford Productions LLC assume no responsibility or liability for materials, equipment or other items brought by the vendor to Clarke County Ruritan Fairgrounds. Vendor must provide their own tent, table and chairs.

Compliance:

The vendor is responsible for any and all compliance with local and state Tax and Health Department requirements.

Setup and Removal:

Vendors must set up between 10:00am and 5:00pm, Wednesday, Sept 15. Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the festival and may begin break-down no sooner than 10pm Saturday.  Break down must be completed by noon on Sunday.  Vendors are required to ensure their space is cleared of trash and debris prior to final departure and that recyclables have been separated into available recycling containers.
