What is AVP? AVP is an association of community, school and prison-based groups offering experiential workshops in personal growth, trauma recovery, empathy, nonviolence and creative conflict management. In the past 50 years AVP has spread to over 60 countries and is in schools, refugee camps, conflict zones, gang intervention programs, drug recovery centers, and prisons and jails around the world. AVP encourages every person’s innate power to positively transform first themselves and then the world.

After experiencing AVP, staff at Evergreen and New Start (soon to be Innovation Heights!) are bringing AVP facilitators into their schools this coming school year.
