Please use this form if you would like to request access to MalariaGEN data resources stored in Google Cloud.

Please note that some MalariaGEN data resources include data which is subject to terms of use including a publication embargo, meaning that public communication of results or findings from those data is not permitted. If you have any questions about the terms of use associated with MalariaGEN data resources, please email support@malariagen.net. 

Please note also that data access for users is free, but that large transfers of data outside of Google Cloud do substantially increase our running costs. If you are planning to download a large amount of data to storage locations outside of Google Cloud, please contact us beforehand so we can advise on the best strategies for optimising data access. We may temporarily suspend access for users that perform excessive data transfers.

To submit this form you will need to log in with a Google Account. The email address associated with your Google Account will be used to grant permissions to access MalariaGEN data resources in Google Cloud. 

We will use the responses you provide in this form to verify your identity, to grant you permission to access cloud data resources, and to monitor for excessive network usage that could impact on our ability to provide a free service to other users. Your application will be automatically submitted to the MalariaGEN team at the Wellcome Sanger Institute Genomic Surveillance Unit.
