1- Make sure we all feel safe and respected.
Hate speech, shaming, bullying, sexism, transphobia, racism, misogyny and other oppressive or hateful language or actions will not be tolerated here. Users who don’t respect the space will be blocked from the group and group events.
2 - Be Kind.
We are all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness and respect are required.
3 - Respect Privacy.
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. What's shared in the group should stay in the group unless permission to share is given.
4 - Be accountable for our interactions with each other and hold ourselves and others accountable.
5 - Avoid gendered and patriarchal language.
6- Introductions
Introduce yourself in the #welcome-intros channel when you join. Name/pronouns/location/type of riding you do with an optional photo of you or your bike.
7- Post content in proper channels, or ask to create additional channels if needed for topics that aren’t covered by existing channels or for specific event planning. Personal conversations between riders should be taken to DMs so the channel isn’t swamped with hundreds of comments.
