In order to alleviate some of the congestion later in the day, bands will be allowed to pre-stage props on either end of the field on the concrete pads as long as props are not in the way of another bands performance. Pre-staging will occur during any of the judges breaks throughout the day. This should help us stay on schedule. Please indicate where you will be pre-staging your props. *
