Greetings! We are conducting online survey among the transgender and gender non-binary people whose gender identity does not match with the sex assigned at birth.

Please fill out the questionnaire if you feel that you are such a person, and if you live in one of the following countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, and Ukraine.

Also you may not be younger than the age of sexual consent. It is 14 years old in Estonia and North Macedonia, and 16 in other mentioned countries.

The survey usually takes no longer than 15-20 minutes. One should fill it in only once, and complete it through the end.

We want to understand better what transgender and gender non-binary individuals think, and what barriers they face getting healthcare services. It is very important to get this information from the community itself.

Here, “transgender” and “gender non-binary” include a full range of possible transgender and non-binary identities.

Participation in the survey is voluntary. Your responses are completely anonymous and confidential. Survey results will be presented only in a generalized form. You may exit the survey at any time.

However, we would be happy if you take the survey. We would like the voice of the community to be louder. Our results will have more weight if they contain your answers.

The study is conducted by ECOM - Eurasian Coalition on Health, Rights, Gender and Sexual Diversity (ЕCОМ, http://ecom.ngo/) and Regional Working Group of Trans* People on HIV and Sexual Health (https://ecom.ngo/tpwg/). It unites dozens of activists and organizations for men who have sex with men and trans people in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
