Equinor will be hosting the May meeting of the Norwegian Reward Network. The theme of the meeting will be the practical implications of pay transparency as we are now entering into the last Reward cycle before the new legislation will enter into force across Europe. We will be deep-diving into the Reward processes, discuss which changes may be needed in order to comply and how to achieve this in practical terms.
 
This network is a forum for sparring across Norwegian companies with respect to all matters within the field of Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
