Please complete this form to request a spot in the Early Education Center's School-Age Program for the 2024-2025 school year

SPACE IS LIMITED- We will notify you via email (please allow at least 1 week processing time) whether your child has a spot in the program. If your child does have a spot, you will receive further instructions about payment, and completing the necessary paperwork. If your child does not have a spot, they will be placed on a waiting list. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Program Dates: August 26, 2024 - May 30, 2025
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, School Dismissal - 6:00PM (2 day minimum)
Grades: Kindergarten through 4th Grade
Location: YMCA Early Education Center at 611 Highland Avenue, Grove City, PA 16127

Daily Rate

Nonmember $31

Y Member $20

Y Member/2nd Child $19

+Registration Fee $25 per child
