A shipping fee of $3 will be added to all orders of 1-5 items. A shipping fee of $6 will be added to all orders of 6 or more items.
You will receive a confirmation email with your items selected after completing this form. You will then receive an itemized listing of your final total of all items ordered.
Pickup of order will happen at your regular class time.
