The Parkfield Bluegrass Festival is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization. As a volunteer you are the heart, soul and backbone of the festival. You are likely to be the first person our guests encounter when they arrive and the last person they see when they depart. You are a part of our success.
We are looking for team players with experience in construction, maintenance, plumbing, electricity, customer service, and security. Our crews include pre-festival set-up, daily operations, hospitality, security and post-festival teardown. Volunteers must be in good physical health as all assignments require physical activity and may include standing, walking, bending and lifting. We ask 12 hours of service in return for free admission and camping for all four days of the festival (Thursday – Sunday). Tent and dry RV camping are free for volunteers.
