LinkedIn Outreach: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound generation through emails, calls, and messaging via Linkedin. Qualify target accounts by uncovering customer needs, pain points, and buyer readiness to generate sales opportunities and account growth plans.
CRM Management: Leverage world-class sales tools and processes to identify, nurture, and grow existing assigned key target accounts and new leads. Experience with (or a deep desire to learn) Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and Database tools is an asset.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute all outreach initiatives to engage with potential clients, working closely with our Marketing team, BI Manager, Strategy Manager and COO.
Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas prior to business trips, ensuring all necessary preparations are handled efficiently.
Event Participation: Monitor industry events and ensure the agency is represented where beneficial. Handle logistics for participation in events, including travel arrangements and material preparations.
Social Media Engagement: Engage with clients and prospects via Instagram, maintaining a professional and brand-aligned presence.
Preparation of Sales Materials: Prepare presentations, sales materials, and proposals for client meetings and pitches.
1 - 3 years of sales/marketing/inside sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
A bilingual English Level is MUST (German or French are a big plus).
Preferred technology background.
Self-confident English communicator, comfortable in speaking with and pitching to executive management.
Self-starters with a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role. Having a startup mindset and the ability to work in a team environment.
Experience with (or a deep desire to learn) Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and Database tools is desired.
