QUIANA'S VOICE
      Quiana Janis Roache has given her creative spirit to us for over thirty years.  She looks at each of us from heaven and encourages us to be creative and share our voice.  Her spirit is a guidepost for us to be creative, authentic, and love our fellow man.  The board of the Rising Tides Charity and the Creativity Cocktail podcast are proud to announce "Quiana's Voice".  One deserving recipient will receive a technology suite to help them grow their voice.  They will also receive a consultation and engagement from each board member.  The team of the Rising Tides Charity possess a myriad of creative, technical, and business experience. Term and Conditions
1. Eligibility: "QUIANA'S VOICE" is open only to those who sign up at
the online page and who are minimum 14 years old as of the date of entry. The
award is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where
prohibited by law. Members of the Rising Tides Charity (the "Sponsor") their respective
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their
immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not
eligible to participate in "QUIANA'S VOICE". The award is subject to all applicable
federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by
these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements
set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of  the Rising Tides Charity, as
final and binding as it relates to the content. "QUIANA'S VOICE" is subject to all
applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Submission period: Submissions will be accepted online starting on or about May 1st 2022 and ending September 1st 2022. All online
entries must be received by November 11th, 2022 by 11:59 PM
EST.
4. How to Enter: Quiana's Voice must be entered by submitting an entry using the
online form provided by Rising Tides Charity. The entry must fulfil all requirements, as specified,
to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or
do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of
Rising Tides Charity. You may enter only once and you must complete the submission form.
