Location: Mueller Center Weight Room & Classroom
Date/Time: Wednesday, December 7 12:00-2:00 PM

Tentative Plan of Action:

12:00 PM-1:30 PM – Intro to Weightlifting
Learn a variety of weightlifting exercises with proper form through a demo-style class instructed by Strength & Conditioning Coach, Kaitlin Veigl

1:30 PM-2:00 PM –Educational Session
Registered Dietitian, Kim Mayer  will discuss how to keep your body hydrated before and after a workout. She will also provide sample meals on what your body needs to maintain a well-balanced diet. Healthy snacks will be provided by Rensselaer Dining.
