Dear Parent,

 FSD3 will hold its 21st CCLC afterschool programs at the following locations:  1) Main Street Elementary  2) Olanta Magnet School, 3) Ronald E. McNair and 4) J. Paul Truluck Magnet School.

 FSD3's 2020-2021 21st CCLC afterschool programs will begin October 5, 2020. The hours will be consistent with each school's  dismissal times (Typically 2:45 p.m. for Elementary and 3:15 p.m. for Middle/High). All programs will operate Monday through Thursday (except Olanta which will operate Monday through Friday).  In an effort to ensure social distancing and the safety of our students, the programs will be offered face to face and virtually.  More program information specific to your child's school program will be shared with you from your child's school.

It is very important that children who participate in these programs are committed and consistently attend their scheduled time to fully benefit from this additional opportunity for assistance and enrichment activities.

Transportation to and from the programs for face to face students will not be available at this time due to the limited capacity requirement for school buses.  We are working towards providing transportation however it may not be available until sometime in November.

Please complete the following FSD3 21st CCLC afterschool program application.  One application per child is required. This application will serve as your child's informational sheet while he/she is in attendance at his/her afterschool program. Information on this application will be the program staff's way to contact parents as well as emergency persons if needed.  Please make sure to include current phone numbers as well as addresses.  Additionally, if any information on this application changes (phone numbers/address), please contact the office of  your child's current school.
