Indoor Vendor Application 
The Rustic Fox is looking for hard working small business owners who want to grow their brand and customer base through retail space of their own. Is your dream to have your own shop, but don't know how to start? Are you running your business from home but need more flexibility in your schedule? Are you a traveling shop that wants a "base" location to send customers to? No matter what your situation we can help. 

The Rustic Fox strives on procuring the best vendors in the industry. Potential vendors should thrive in fast pace high energy environments. Maintain well thought-out displays and products that grab the attention of customers both in person and online. We are looking for specialized brands with a clear focus and attention to branding who stand out amongst their peers. All vendors are required to have active social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram.

How it Works:
- Rental Rate: $4.50 Per Sq. Ft.*
- 10% commission fee.
- 90 day initial sign on commitment - 1st month rent due at signing.
- 180 day auto renewal lease terms.
- Work Requirement:  8 hours per month for each contracted space. 
- Work Buyout Option: $20 per required hour ($160 per month).
- Active social media accounts on both Facebook & Instagram.
