Parmalee Elementary plans to take advantage of nearby Arrowhead Park (located across the street from the school) as additional outdoor classroom space for learning and physical activities during the school day this year. Students and staff members will travel to and from the park by foot.

Fill out this form to give permission for your student to travel to Arrowhead Park. Fill out a separate form for EACH child you have enrolled at Parmalee. Completion of this form constitutes an electronic signature. Electronic signatures are considered legally binding and enforceable in accordance with Jeffco Board Policy EHBA and the Colorado Uniform Electronic Transaction Act.
