6th Grade Families: If you have NOT swapped your elementary device at the district events last week, please sign-up for a time at SMS. We will swap out your old device for a brand new one!

7th & 8th Grade Families: Students will receive a brand new Chromebook to use this upcoming school year! All 7th and 8th grade students will turn in their old Chromebook and charger, and receive a new device and charger.

Please fill out this form, then select a date to drop off or swap out the device. Please complete one form per device. (Due to Covid-19 appointments are mandatory and the area is only staffed during those times.)
