Automation Example
This form is an example of ways you can use Google Workspace and Google Apps Script to automate the workflows in your business. This form will collect your data and present you with a short quiz at the end. Upon clicking submit, some code in the background will make the following occur:

- RJG Mediaworks will receive an email with your responses
- Our internal spreadsheet will be updated with your answers
- A copy of a Google Docs template will be created
- Your responses will be entered into the template
- A PDF copy of the template will be generated
- The PDF will be emailed to you

There are countless ways that this one simple automation tool can be used to automate the workflows in your business, for example you could automate:

- Employee timesheets and approval systems
- Customer order forms
- Lead generation forms for your website
- Internal health and safety induction systems that email a certificate on completion
- Customer feedback forms
- Purchase order systems
- Holiday request/approval forms that link up to your Google Calendar automatically
