Wildwood Farm Sanctuary & Preserve Volunteer Application and Waiver

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Wildwood Farm Sanctuary & Preserve!

Volunteering at Wildwood is a fun and meaningful way to spend a few hours! An abundance of “heart” work goes into running a farm sanctuary and caring for our beloved residents. We’d be honored if you could help out and we just know you’ll leave with a well-fed spirit, knowing that you’ve helped our precious farm animal ambassadors.

Public Work Party and Animal Care Team chores may include:
Cleaning the pastures, play areas and barn stalls
Removing old straw and replacing with fresh
Cleaning water and food dishes
Feeding the residents
Grooming and socializing
Making minor repairs to barns, fencing or enclosures
Small building projects (Please let us know if you have carpentry experience!)
Assisting our licensed veterinary technician or senior animal care volunteers with routine animal health care

Please provide as much information as you wish. This application is designed to provide us the details we need to identify the right opportunities for you to begin your work with the Wildwood team.

Additional materials to supplement your application for long term volunteer opportunities/special projects, such as cover letter, resume, or references, may be sent to volunteer@wildwoodfarmsanctuary.org. Some positions may require supplemental forms. Our Volunteer Coordinator will provide this to you when needed.
