Application form: FEJS Annual Congress 2020 Slovenia
The FEJS Annual Congress will take place from 16th of April until 21st of April in Ljubljana, Slovenia. If you wish to apply, please fill in the application form below.

Please note that we have a maximum capacity of members who can take place in this AC. Participants will be selected based on time of application, relevance of study/work field and number of applicants per country. Additional applicants will be placed on a waiting list. The FEJS events are focused on work and information exchange among students of journalism around Europe. Attendance to all lectures, workshops and official activities is required.

The deadline for applying is 28th of February. The participation fee for this event is €150 and covers food, lodging and lectures/workshops for the duration of the event. Transport costs from/to Ljubljana will not be covered. If you think you are eligible for a financial compensation from FEJS, you can apply for a grant from the FEJS Solidarity Fund, please fill in this form:

Once your participation has been accepted, you must pay a deposit of 80 euros to the FEJS bank account by the 13th of March. You will be provided with the bank account details upon notification of acceptance.
If you have to cancel for any reason, please do so by the 20th of March and your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after 20th of March, we will unfortunately be unable to refund your deposit. The remaining 70 euros should be paid at the event.

NB: If you cancel your attendance before 20th of March, you will receive a full refund of your participation fee deposit. Cancelling after this date means you lose your deposit, unless you are able to find a replacement before 20th of March. Cancellations after this date cannot be refunded due to already paid fixed costs. If you applied for our event in the second term, we cannot refund your deposit in case of cancellation.
