2023 Recent Graduate / New Alumni Data Collection Form
This form will collect your (non-student) email address*, mailing address and student affinity** information. The invitations you receive to regional and affinity alumni events in the future are determined by the information you provide on this form.

*If you do not have a non-Geneseo email address, we recommend that you create one immediately. Your student email address will expire six months after graduation. Visit https://www.geneseo.edu/alumni/how-become-alum to learn more. Nearly 100% of alumni communications (event invitations, newsletters, lifelong learning opportunities, updates from your student affinity chapters, etc.) are sent by email.
