Here’s our weekly schedule:  

MONDAY - North of I-40/all Yukon & Mustang 

WEDNESDAY - South of I-40/all mid-del. (Drop @ Homeless Alliance from 3:00-4:30pm) 

FRIDAY - All OKC metro! 

Here is some more info about our program:

1. HOW TO ORDER: We can’t accept preorders. You must TEXT us at 405-295-5167 before NOON on your designated day. We recommend texting before 9am because we cap out at 10 deliveries per driver. Texting more than once pushes you to the bottom of the list. All we need is your address–if we have to ask for your address it will move you to the bottom of the list. We don’t need your name or what supplies you want. You can talk to your driver about that when they arrive.  At the bottom of this form you will see a screenshot of a sample order.

2. DRIVERS: Our drivers work full time and VOLUNTEER their time and gas to make these deliveries. Drivers will not change routes, they will not wait more than 5 min for you to claim your kit, & they will not get out of their cars.

3. DELIVERIES: Drivers will text when they begin their route and again when they are 5-10 min away. Deliveries are made between 4-8 pm, dispatch is unable to provide any more specific ETAs than that. If you no show, you will have to wait until next week. Each person is allowed one delivery per week which consists of one kit per person present. If you have 5 people at your house, each person can come out and get one kit.

5. APPRECIATION & GRACE go a long way. Our volunteers are only paid with the gratitude of our participants. Without volunteers this thing would fold up like a cheap lawn chair! We make mistakes! We will mess up, we will try to make it right, we are human and we are offering a free service and learning as we go. 

6. SURVEYS: Please fill out any survey sent your way, it helps us with future funding opportunities. They are kept 100% confidential!
