What is the Rotary Mentor Program?
This program pairs students one-on-one with mentors from the community. At monthly meetings via Zoom, students will hear from Motivational Speakers and have discussions with their Mentor. This year the student/mentor pairs have been matched with another student/mentor pair to form Quads for meetings. This program fully supports student goals and leadership development through guidance and community networking.

Mission is to connect motivated students with mentors to grow leadership skills, support goals, and provide networking in the community.

Mentor Commitments:
-Be present at meetings 1/mo
-Check in via text or email 1/week
-Be prepared to share advice
-Collaborate with your mentee on one of their projects for each Learning Plan
