If you were signed up on SignUpGenius for Concessions or an outdoor activity, and the games or event were rained-out, submit this form to record your first attempt to volunteer. Note, for rained-out games, the Concessions Manager will attempt to provide you with a first opportunity to work the make-up date, however, finding alternative slots to complete your volunteer time is your responsibility.

If the second attempt for which you are signed up is also rained-out, you must submit this form a second time. After the second volunteer attempt submission, we verify dates and signups—you must be listed in the rained-out time slots on SignUpGenius. Only after the submitted information of your two attempts has been verified, will you receive confirmation that your volunteer requirement has been considered fulfilled due to rain-outs.
