Please complete the following survey to sign your child up for Pre-K Round-Up. Once your information has been received and processed, a confirmation letter with your appointment time will be emailed to you.
Pre-K Round-Up will be held on Thursday, April 4th from 8:30 a.m.-6:30pm Please select ONLY 1 date/time for your first preference and 1 second preference appointment times. You will need to bring your student, their original birth certificate, immunization records, and custody paperwork (if applicable).
Students must be 4 by August 1st. Additionally, our Pre-K program is income based. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify, please contact the office at 574-967-4881.
Our Pre-K program is half day with a morning and an afternoon class. Transportation is provided one way. Students in the morning class can ride the bus to school and will need to be picked up at the conclusion of class and afternoon students will need dropped off at school and may ride the bus home following class.
