The Inman Park Pool is a PRIVATE POOL. All party requests are open to MEMBERS ONLY.

The policies below are to ensure the safety and comfort of you, your guests, and other members. Please review and complete the reservation form to submit your party request.

General Information and Party Policies

• Parties are limited to no more than 25 persons.

• Check the calendar (inmanparkpool.org/calendar) for availability.

• Parties are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.

• All private parties have reserved access to the 2nd floor event space located in the clubhouse. The common break area is on a first come, first serve basis. Please show up prior to your designated party time to save this space if needed.

• A party cannot booked/confirmed If there is no lifeguard on duty. Lifeguard schedules on Mon-Fri during the months of May and September are typically harder to fill.

• There are certain days that booking a party may be unavailable, i.e. Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, membership appreciation parties, and scheduled maintenance.

• Live or amplified music is not permitted.

• Party hosts are responsible for their non-member party guests leaving the pool and the 2nd floor clubhouse at the end of the party time slot.

• All areas must be left in good and orderly condition with all garbage disposed of in the large bins out front.

• All other Pool Rules, Regulations and Operating Procedures apply to a party.

• Party policies are subject to change without notice.

Party Fees

• The booking fee for a private party is $250, payable to Inman Park Pool Association. Please mail the check to Silverleaf Management Group, 3755 Harrison Rd SW #100, Loganville, GA 30052.

• If you have 15 or more guests attending your party, an additional lifeguard is required. Lifeguards can be reserved and paid at $65 per hour and must be booked 7 days prior to event from United Pools. Please contact jordan@unitedpools.com. United Pools will send you an email confirming your extra lifeguard reservation and payment. Please forward that email to inmanpool@gmail.com to confirm your booking.

• Any damage will be assessed towards the responsible member for the party.

• All fees must be received before the date of a party.

• Party fees are non-refundable.
