Mentorship Program Interest Survey
The Rose Gauntlet Foundation aims to provide a platform that grants access to education, networking, and resources for individuals who wish to pursue a career in the tabletop gaming industry. We are committed to promoting diversity and equity in the gaming community by supporting and amplifying the voices of underrepresented groups.

Mentors will spend their time at the show to meeting individuals who are looking for additional feedback on their designs, portfolios, pitches or wish to have some one-on-one time to ask questions about your work and journey.

Welcome!
Thank you for your interest in the BIPOC mentorship program by the Rose Gauntlet Foundation- this program is intended to extend opportunities, advice, and guidance to BIPOC who are often disadvantaged in the games industry.
This year we are expanding our program to move further than Gen Con, on top of offering our regular 20 minute one on ones we will also be looking for several mentor/mentee pairs to engage in a full year mentorship program, with more info to come.
