BIG-D Fest is an initiative of the Centre for International Cooperation and Development Studies (IDC)  of the University of Bucharest, organized in partnership with Concordia Employers' Confederation and the EU National Institutes of Culture (EUNIC). Cărturești, Random Space and ArtHub Garden are also partners for the pilot edition. The launch of the BIG-D stakeholders' forum is organized with the support of the Goethe Institute Bucharest.
