Come make new friends, play dance games, make a craft, and learn a dance that you will perform for your parents at the end of class.  Open for ages 3 and up.  Cost is $10 per participant.

By signing this form, I understand that I am giving unrestricted permission for my student's image to be used in print, video, and digital media.  I agree that these images may be used by En Face Studios, LLC for a variety of purposes and that these images may be used without further notifying me.  I further understand that no financial compensation will be received by me for use of these photos/videos. *
