REQUIREMENTS FOR RECEIVING A SACRAMENT
1. Must be registered by October 3, 2023 in order to receive the Sacraments of 1st Reconciliation, 1st Holy Communion or Confirmation during the current Faith Formation Year.

2. Must attend all scheduled programming, all Sacramental Preparation Sessions and Sacramental Parent Meetings.

3. Complete the sacramental registration form on parish website or contact Faith Formation office.

4. Must provide a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate if the candidate was Baptized at a parish other than Holy Redeemer.
