We're excited to offer online enrolment for Term 2! Please follow the simple steps below to secure your child's placement in our program:

1. Fill Out Enrolment Form

Complete the enrolment form provided. Make sure to provide accurate and complete details, including participant information.

2. Invoice Notification

Within approximately 24 hours (with possible delays during the initial enrolment period), you will receive an invoice via the email address you provided in the form.

3. Settlement of Invoice

To confirm your child's placement, settle the invoice within 24 hours of receiving it. Payment details will be provided on the invoice.

4. Placement and Group Inclusion

Upon payment, your child will be placed into the appropriate TeamApp group for their session type.

• You will also be added to a WhatsApp group for the respective session type.
• Note that the time for this step may vary depending on sign-ups (usually takes 24-72 hours).

5. Confirmation Email

You will receive an email confirming the logistics details and the completion of the placement and group inclusion process.

6. Await Session Details

About 7 days prior to the first session, your child's first session details will appear in the TeamApp Events section. If enrolment takes place within 7 days of the session, the details will be available sooner.

Multiple Enrolments

If you enrol your child multiple times for the same term, the latest Google Form enrolment will be considered. However, your original place in the enrolment order will be maintained.

Important Notes:

Ensure Complete Enrolment: All enrolment details must be provided in this form. No details will be accepted outside of this form to maintain consistency and accuracy in our process. If you miss any information, please fill out another enrolment form, and the latest one will be used.

Primary Enrolment Email: The email address you provide first will be used for invoicing, both for SCC Members and Non-Members. Ensure you have notifications enabled for the TeamApp App or are receiving TeamApp emails (if you select TeamApp as the payment method). Additionally, add JuniorCricket@SCCcricket.com to your safe senders list to prevent missing invoices, as non-payment could jeopardise your child's participation.
