INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Three Springs Community Farm Biodynamic Internship Program offers a program of hands-on learning in:

  • Regenerative and Biodynamic farming practices

  • Farm-based teaching & mentoring in our school group visits program

  • Produce packing and marketing for our CSA & Farmstand

  • Farm event & camping hospitality

Please see our Program Fees & Expenses below to understand the costs associated with our training program.

Significant or total tuition assistance in the form of program tuition forgiveness is available for qualifying applicants. Our goal is to attract a diverse group of Internship students, with few limitations due to their capacity to contribute financially to the program.

The Spring Internship Program runs from March 1st through June 30th. After June, interns may request to continue on at the Farm through November as work-traders. The weekly schedule (24-27 hours per week),is well defined, and free time is respected. Requirements include a $400 deposit, returned upon successful completion of the program. Only applicants with their own health insurance will be considered for the program.

We seek candidates who are passionate about engaging wholeheartedly in the internal (spirit, soul and body), external (physical) and community work of this experience. Those who thrive in this program arrive ready to share their whole selves, work in service to this important “work for the world”, contribute to the community, and persist through difficulties. Completing the program builds the self-confidence to know you can follow your intentions to create your personal vision in the world.
