- We will process incoming applications in monthly batches. Meaning if you apply within April you will receive a response at the end of April and so forth.
- We cannot guarantee you a fix working position (time slot and area) until ~2 weeks before the festival, but if you do have only capacities to help us out on one day, please indicate it and we will take it into consideration! Those you will be available on both days might get working slots on both days, however the overall working times for all volunteers will be evenly distributed among all volunteers!
